Watershed Tours

We are excited to announce that KRLT will be guiding upper watershed tours during the summer months of 2026. During these tours, you will learn about the seasonal cycles of the river, conservation initiatives, the important ecosystems that make up the watershed, and see some hidden gems along the way.

 

The cost of the tours is $20 per person and helps to cover the cost of transportation. Additional information about the tours can be found on the registration page by selecting the date options below. All tours will begin at 9:00 am and end at roughly 12:30 pm.

These tours are free, but please consider making a donation to support KRLT's mission.

A KRLT staff member will contact you to schedule a tour. Driving tours typically run 3-hours.

"Last week, Dan and I had the privilege of taking a tour of the Kinnickinnic Watershed. Our tour guide, Mark, is a member of the Kinni River Land Trust and on the board of directors. The Kinni River Land Trust is a nonprofit environmental organization that works with the community to conserve and protect the beauty and health of the Kinnickinnic River Watershed."
