Watershed Tours
Interested in learning firsthand about the Kinnickinnic watershed? Join us for a one-of-a-kind watershed tour experience led by KRLT Board Members and staff!
These guided driving tours last approximately three hours and offer a unique opportunity to explore the Kinnickinnic River watershed beyond the well-known destinations. Along the way, you'll visit the upper watershed and its tributaries while learning about the area's rich natural history, local ecology, and the role these landscapes play in protecting clean water and wildlife habitat. The tour also highlights hidden gems throughout the region, with opportunities to step out of the vehicle to enjoy scenic overlooks, stretch your legs on short walks, and visit a beautiful waterfall tucked within the watershed.
We offer small group tours, as well as larger group bus tours. If you are interested in a tour, kindly fill out the form below. For bus tours, we ask participants to cover transportation fees.
